My truck on SRL non-studded was 19 and studded with larger injectors is about 17-18 now. Now keep in mind, its a DD. I drive about 30 miles doing 65 in the AM, crusing about 65mph. Going home is about 55-60mph and 20 mins of stop and go traffic consistantly for 15 of those miles. Im happy...

For what its worth i was running an Atlas 80 on my 07 ccsb harley truck all stock except turbo back exhaust. Stock tires are 275/65/20 which is 34x11.5 with 3.73s I don't drive for mileage but i don't beat on it either. I was gettin 19.5 mpg all summer on the stock goodyears. Switched to Nitto Trail Grapplers and it dropped to 18.5 mpg Mind you this was all on slightly blown head gaskets.

Studded the truck added sinister y pipe, egr delete took the atlas 80 out cause i have no egt guage and installed x street and now im 14.4 all the time. I will be putting a ficm tuner in the truck once i get some extra money.

All readings are from the lie-o-meter for what its worth.

14.5 to 15 here with atlas 40 and running a Spartan comp file. When I run there hybrid race I see 12-13. So the highest tune yields the best for me. Leveled on 35 mt's.

I just ran into winter fuel additives up here. Dropped 1/2 + mile per gallon. ;(
Econo tune is still the mpg winner for me.

I have a 2006 with gear heads srl tune (no studs yet) and the best I can get is 12.5mpg hand calculated. I drive it pretty easy 95% of the time and still in the 12s. Anyone else?

Mostly city? My dash says 11.0 :fustrate: But I THINK its a bit low, usually by friday, I'm a touch over 1/4 tank, but I'm at a half tank now. 35s and 2.5" lift

No I hardly ever drive in town... My dash shows 14.0-14.1 all the time but when hand calculated it's 12.5 or maybe a smidge more

I've been working on better mileage also..I seem to be getting 12-13 most of the time running SRL+ tune. That is a lot of 45mph driving in town, on the highway I'm seeing 15 maybe at 65-70. I'm studded, EGR delete, oil cooler relocated, and new injectors 2 years ago. 191,000 on my truck. CCSB F350 4x4
Just wondering if an economy tune would help any? I don't rod on the truck, just drive mostly. Just have a level kit, with 33" tires on 20's, so I'm close on my speedometer. This is all hand calculated, my meter reads all over the place and is usually way off from hand calculation..

My truck a averages between 18-19 mpg with the set up its on it now. It's about the same as it was when the truck was just tuned with idp tunes. But when my truck had 205s and 66 mm it got crazy mpg 20-21 mpg. My 08 6.4 gets better mpg then my 05 does on the hot tunes. I have seen 27 mpg on the dash after hand calculating it was actually around 23 mpg.

I get 16.5 on my 7.3 hand calculated with the mods in my signature. Only time I got on it was getting on the highway. And this was the all out tune. Haven't done any mpg calculation on my economy tune yet. But it'll all probably be changing very soon anyway.

That's all well and fine but has zero to do with this thread.
