The stock ops isn't as loud as a 38r with stage 1's but a H2e isn't as loud as a stocker with stage 1's..
I've had OBS's with modded H2e's, stock turbo and D66's with stage ones, 2's and 250/100's plus SD's with splits and stage 1's 2's and hybrids with 38r's, stock turbo's and modded H2e's.

Weird, sorry just don't hear it.
My Excursion was so loud with a 38r and a Tymar even with all the extra insulation that it has over a OBS that I took it off and put a AIS with a fender sleeve. Now its quieter than stock. It was SOOOOOO much louder than every modded H2e with a Tymar than I've had here.
Anyway that's just my personal observations.
