Has anyones block heater element ever sh!t the bed?

The IH cord is shorter, where did you run it out to?

i suggest up. put it under the hood near the air filter if it won't go any further.

The new cord is 2ft shorter than the one that was in it

There was probably about 3' of extra cord on my stock one...i had to roll it up.and shove it behind the bumper.

its getting a little late to be screwing with it today isn't it? probably should have checked to make sure it would go on the element end before you ran it to the front.

ive got enough extra on my stock cord to go to where it should be all the way up behind all the coolers and back down so that its just at the bottom of the grille where i plug it in through the grille slats.
