That seems kinda big? I only ask because I would buy a set from you for my truck but I am worried about velocity with 2.125"

I want to also point out that it looks like you are making each runner the same length in tubing, I like it. Thats foreign to some people lol. Looking great though

In a turbo application equal length is not important.

plan on turning a few rpms, huh? I'm really impressed with the detail of them. Just by the primary size, that motor is gonna be screamin'.

Never heard of that. I'd be interested in hearing you out though

.

On a turbo car the gains from an equal length exhaust manifold are minimal... the exhaust pulses run into a huge wall (turbine wheel) anyway... so there's not really an advantage unless your at the point where you need to squeeze every last hp out of your car... the money, in most cases, is better spent elsewhere... the gains that you get from most aftermarket headers are from increased flow due to larger pipe diameter(too a degree) smoother bends and full radius bends...The most important part is keeping heat in the hot side piping.

I should have said they're far less important...a few sets I have made for some mustangs spooled better by focusing on keeping the exhaust tight together with primaries being as short as possible.

Are you running 03 HPOP rails? The two sets we got from Harland only work with 03 rails. We had to do some serious modifications to make them fit.

Yeah we are using an 03 style rail, I really do not see how you can run them with 04.5-07 rails, but we decided to heavily mod the 03's with new spouts, these are the sample arms I have recieved that are adjustable , going solid lifter, custom springs, custom push rods, and a large billet cam..... ;)

Those look great.

Are you talking about modifying the the 03 style oil rails? Would you mind elaborating on that a little bit?
