Help 03 6.0L runs fine till warm then dies, wont start again till cold

I have a 2003 ford f250 6.0L . Drives fine till it's warmed up then it starts stuttering like and lack of power once it hits running temperatures and dies. Then will no/start unless I leave sit for a while or till it's cold down and it will start again. Runs fine when cold for about 15-20 mins but then does the same. Was told to check that HPOP ETC. Long story short I change the HPOP the ICP the IPR, it has an EGR delete, new injectors, new o ring kit, new fuel pump new fuel filters, low pressure oil sensor was changed, new air filters, new oil filters, and change the oil (got the expensive stuff) and still having the same problem... oh and NO codes... if anybody could suggest anything I would appreciate any help I can get please and thanks

Hopefully the parts thrown in were good ones. Often times when repairs are "shotgunned" some good quality parts are replaced with cheap (unreliable) aftermarket ones. This really makes it hard to troubleshoot!
