Help!!! Cut off on Highway

04 6.0 driving about 68mph speed up to 71 to change lanes, immediately felt a drop in speed while still on gas, tranny started to shift funny, made my way to emergency lane and she cut out while still pulling over.waited a few to start and the idle is a humming thumping idle noise from engine .I just did fuel filters about 100 miles ago First time on highway.any thoughts?Or experience?

I noticed a similar experience when my air dog lift pump cut out. Besides that I'm not mechanic couldn't tell ya. Good luck

Sorry if I posted in wrong section, had family with me kinda freaked out.

Just got home put in code scanner and these came up P2290, P0403, p0405, p1000, u0306.going to run a live data test and see what my stats look like, this whirling sound seems to be coming from intake area, I also never did the blue spring upgrade after changing to the new motorcraft fuel filters, feels like it could be related.
