HELP homemade hpop setup problem

Yes sir I believe I reversed the plates properly. Havnt had a chance to pull the haldex off and look it over

I got parts to do it, need to see how to do it right. I never ran my first one when I got it together

Yeah im not sure yet. Still trying to get it to work correctly. But im thinking I may have damaged the haldex pump.

Was there oil coming from the Hldx pump?

Yes it had pressure to it. Not sure how much though.

But as soon as I hook it up to the stock pump ipr goes to 65% and builds 250psi thats it. Unhook the haldex truck fires up instantly

Need to check that's its coming out of pump.

But my thinking is even if the haldex is damaged wouldn't the truck still start off the stock hpop? The check valve keeps it from back feeding through the haldex.

Crazy thought:

Unless the Haldex is "pulling" oil from the stock pump. IDK

What about the t444e hole. What did you change?

Plugged the original hole. Redrilled a new one

Ill check tomorrow. I know for sure the problem is something with the haldex setup. Like I said it runs perfect on just the stock pump. Theres just something im missing

Funny you brought that up. I thought about that earlier. Im not sure the open pressure on that check valve. I just told the hydraulic shop I needed one. The never asked what open pressure I wanted. Ill have to check the part number
