help me decide my next mod

what should I do for my next mod? I'm still a novice mind you.

1) egr delete with no limit pipe
2) air dog II with elite fuel bowl delete.

I don't know what would be more beneficial for my truck.

current mods only include DPF delete with KEM tunes and intake.

Egr, start with the preventative stuff before you upgrade. That is me though someone else may have a better plan
