The Q series lights are a huge improvement. On my truck pictured above, the 2 q series lights were brighter than my retrofitted quad projector headlights with 4 HID bulbs. They are flat out amazing lights.
I used the Hyperspot pattern on my truck, they are the most street friendly option in the q series. If you want the most light output go with the driving pattern. These are my two recommendations.
As for moving stock fog light housings to the center of the bumper, don't do it. The q series lights are going to overpower them so much that you will just be wasting time and effort by trying to use both.
If you really want or need more light, go with a 20 or 30" bar in your bumper.
