help with issues on my "new" truck

I still feel you are low on the boost! however it may be in the tuning now. for reference I hit 35psi easy with my 160/30 injectors and a 38r. and that is with the waste gate bleeding off excess other wise it was over 40. I know nothing about the big bad turbo your running but it just sounds very weak to me at only 25 psi.

So i got on it yesterday and noticed a fair amount of exhaust coming into the cab from the stick shift opening. Guessing I still have a rather large exhaust leak somewhere.

Any issue yall see with doing a reverse boost leak test from the exhaust end???

I suppose you could-- just need to cap the intake at the y pipe, otherwise the pressure goes out the air filter.

I'll bet you didn't get the turbo fully seated with the up pipe collector.

I run 250/100% with stock fuel pump and it holds right at 60-62 so you should be fine there, but always check with the gauge to make sure it can keep up. However, you need a RR and other typical fuel mods.

ghohouston for the win. Ran awesome for a week. Now it wont start randomly. Its cranks great just no start.
