high icp and irregular ipr iissue

Just changed the ICP and IPR in my wife's truck. 03. My idle warm is around 880psi and ipr at 30-31%. It was a motorcraft icp. Could it be bad or my pigtail not correct? The pigtail it came with had blue wires. Still has a sparatic idle every once in a while but the values are too high. Icp voltage is 1.2ish.. Any advices?

Sounds lke a badpigtail. The blue wires mean its been changed before. I always replace the pigtail with the icp as oil contamination will screw it up pretty good no matter how much you try cleaning.

Could be. Or not plugged in all the way. I'm going to check it as soon as it cools down. The blue pigtail was the one it came with, with the new icp.
