Hello, I rarely come to the 6.0 side but my buddies 03 has forced me to do so :( its got an intake, home brew straight pipe, and live wire tuner. It typically gives a bit of white smoke on a cold start, I don't think this is uncommon. After idling for less than 5min the coolant system becomes really high pressured. If you remove the cap at this point coolant goes everywhere, but its cold coolant. The cab heater doesn't seem to work well either, although thus may be a desperate issue.Supposedly the egr has been deleted....by a PO. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks

Confirm that the EGR cooler has been deleted. White smoke could be sticking injector or coolant from a busted EGR cooler.
