Has anyone made their own intake for a 6.0? I know we make them for a 7.3 using a 6637 filter. Iv always been into quality home made stuff so that's why I'm curious.

Just buy an S&B. the research has been done and the price isn't too bad.

I had the s &b but my filter minder always pulls in when I get on it so I made my own from 4" ss pipe solved my minder issues and cost me about 60 in materials and a few hrs of my tig welding time

I want a polished intake tube and no one makes one that's why I want To make my own for mine

did either of you guys support the intake from the bottom? To keep it from sagging at the boot to the charger?

oem is good enough till 500hp ish. so why change it?

No support, only causes pain to install. Mine holds just fine

No support needed, doesn't even wiggle with the t-bolt clamps.
