Do not they are key marks tuner cab not really feel them with your finger nail. I dis try wax that did not work. Maybe some rubbing compound than wax may work.
Not sure if it is paint or powder coat how Can you tell? They are Moto metal 962's if that helps.

You need some heavy compound - I dont think they are paint so do not use wet-sand paper.

At least it was a rim and not on the truck...big cost difference, but its still a schit move on someone's part.

I always think that when someone does something like this, that someday, it will happen to them with something they really like....and when they wonder wtf....they will instantly remember that they did it to someone else, and now realize just how phuckin stupid they were.

Are they chrome or polished?

If they are chrome....you're pretty much ***ed, but you could try some 400/600/800 wet sandpaper and/or #1000 steel wool.

That sucks dude.

Aluminum and stainless you own. Chrome, you merely rent. I've owned Harley's for 40 years. Anything you do to try and remove the scratches will dull the chrome around them, and leave the scratches there.

Try some Meguiar's M105 Deep Cutting Compound and a buffer with a heavy cutting pad. If that doesn't work, try wet sanding, then buffing.
