how do you tell if you need a new bearing on a 110 dana?

took the wheel off and theres no play and spins fine.

Why are you suspecting a bad bearing

vibration. actually went in for an alignment. tech said it was rear bearing. checked. seemed ok. found some play in the front bearing however. 2wd.
