Hpfp leak.

Anyone ever have a hpfp leak from the case? Not the shaft seal or feed and returns. This is my front mounted belt driven pump for my duel fueler. Where is it even possible to leak?

Did you reverse flow it? Or did it come that way?

It’s the same pump I have been running for 6 years. I bought it as a reman and it has been reverse flowed since day one. It has around 40,000 miles on it.

Anyone know the torque for the three bolts that attach the the aluminum cover to the back of the hpfp?

Turns out the o ring gasket between the transfer pump on the back of the pump was leaking. I repaired the gasket as best I could and put it back together and it seems to be holding.
