Hub/Bearing Assembly Delima

What would you guys use today in a 03 F250 ? Is there an American made assembly available anymore ? Hell I read even Timken assembly's are made in China now how disappointing ! Rock Auto has several brands from like $65 to well over $300 for Delco gold, Motocraft HUB223 which I believe to be the correct part# for my truck is $245 but does not list "country of origin" Steer me in the right direction !
