Huge fart on shut down

Over the last several months I've noticed my 2011 6.7 makes a long fart noise immediately after shut down. I'm not extremely savvy with the engine however it sounds much like a valve trying to close or similar, could be something electrical but sounds more like a valve and finally stops after about 20-30 seconds. Truck is stock, has 44k and continues to run perfect since day one. Any ideas/concerns?

Does it sound like the turbo rubbing as it slows downs?

its been a while since we looked into so i dont remember if there is an updated part or if you just need to replace it with another.

Ford says to change the vacuum hose now too but don't know the reason for it.

We have always just replaced the actuator.
