Isnt the exhaust wheel bigger in the van turbos along with the housing ... I havent tore down a e99 truck turbo in a while to measure the exhaust wheel

I don't think so but stranger things have happened. It's been a long time since I did any research/reading on SD stuff.

e99 ebpv rod .. u cant see its a little big but the clip holds it fine

even tried it with the obs ebpv rod ... it also works

only issue if any is its a bit tight to the fuel pump

Its not in my daily driver I built it for my new engine but it should perform just like stock because it is the same size

i have a 66 mm version of this in my truck now not many miles on it but it is cleaning up 250/100s nicely

kind of an old thread but what would the benefits of doing this be on a daily driven truck?

Looks to me like just easier future removal.
Some reason I thought the A/R's were different.

Any updates on this? Has it helped with performance at all? Thinking of trying this with an aftermarket obs wheel. Anyone know of any good wheels for the obs other than the Wicked Wheel? Heard a lot of mixed reviews about it. Thinking this might be good to try when I do my ebpv delete. My ebpv solenoid leaks like a champ.

I though the pedistal on obs trucks were shorter and when you wanted to do a SD turbo swap that's why you needed up pipes. Not to mention the different coupler on the up pipe?. Can this be done with a l99 turbo?
