34 degrees is not what you want to see. With 134a, your low side pressure is a 1 to 1 ratio for psi to temp. If your seeing 34 degrees supply air temperature, you are freezing your coil.

Either you are going to freeze your coil or your low pressure safety switch is going to cycle your compressor.

I think you've got a slight restriction in your system.

If you're happy, thats what matters, but I don't think its running correctly.

disclaimer: I'm an hvac mechanic that doesn't work on automotive equipment but do work on 134a systems quite a bit.

I believe you need to have the egr valve plugged into the harness to have the fan work correctly. Just plug it in and let it hang out.
