All you had to do was refund me the payment when I sent you the UPS return shipping label. Don't act like I haven't been patient. Remember the ad says "Packaged and ready to go" which they were not. You took an additional MONTH to ship. I was cool with that cause I figured you honor your end of the deal. STILL you complain like this is such a struggle for you to refund my money in full.
