Sometimes when I'm randomly driving this happens and I lose power and it doesn't go away. Idk what do about it. If anyone knows what is happening help!

Can't watch the video. But have you scanned for codes? That's the first thing you should do.

It has like a little hissing that air is escaping from somewhere. Don't know where tho. I lose power and the hissing gets stronger.

Hissing usually is caused by the ebpv closing. I would check and see if that is being triggered, or unhook it and see if you still get the same symptoms.

Sounds like air coming back through the intake. Very normal during a shift. You usually only hear this with aftermarket intakes though.

You will always lose power after the shift due to RPM and boost drop. This is especially noticeable and true for stock tunes.

Is the back pressure valve sticking? I've had those malfunction and sounds like what you are describing
