I can vouch for this guy, he bought them from us.
They are in fact brand new, he bought them for a motor they were re-doing, then bought a whole motor from MPD with turbos on it so he didnt need them. Took forever for Industrial to get them to us. He picked them up BNIB from my house about 3 days to a week ago i think, cant remember an exact day.
