Trying a new combo. 175cc with 100% nozzles. 62/65/70 and a s471/83/1.10 t6. Cruising at 2000rpm with 16 000lbs I hold 900degs and can't get it over 1200degs on hills holding 65mph. Setup has a BD intercooler, my modded intake manifold. Accufab elbow. Fass pump, innovative diesel street tune.

Another thing to look at down the road is maybe your gearing. At 60 mph with 3.73s your running 1750 rpm. With 4.10 gears you'll run closer to 2000rpm and these 6L love that extra couple rpm

im on the same route, just want to know if you are running a built tranny?

Yes I am now. With 225s I could only run the street file and it even missed shifts, then I put 205s in. And it missed shifts. Then I put a built NADP tranny in and it shifts perfect. I was ok with it missing shifts but when the converter started slipping in over drive when I layed into it. It was time for a new one. But it did last for four months before it started to screw up. Make sure u run good synthetic oil. Ford microm sp(yes they still sell it) the new ford LV oil isn't as good or run amsoil trans oil. Its awesome stuff

I have 190s with 75 over, use Aggie's tow tune and don't get over 1200*. I'm real happy with the results. Tuning the PowerMax is crucial.

Build new uppipes so each bank goes to each valute of the turbo. It will increase spool up hhuge and increase towing torque big time cause the turbo will lite at lower rpms like stock

I towed around 14k with a pmax and 175/100's. It was live tuned pulling 18k and topped out egt's at 1100* wot.

When you back out of the throttle, are letting off completely or going to say 1/2 throttle or thereabouts?

Redneck6.0l, why does routing each bank individually to each side of the housing help out? Does it knock down on turbulence or just add velocity to the exhaust or something else? I am intersted in that concept.
