Installing blue fuel spring

Since i cant sleep...
Doesn't the blue spring kit come with all new o-rings, gaskets, housing, etc? So why worry about diesel fuel if you're replacing them.....? I changed the filter and emptied the fuel bowl when I did mine.

I didnt bother with the jelly to coat the gaskets. I took my filter out and it drained the diesel and went from there. Its hard to get to since the cac pipe would not swing out of the way

I usually just remove the elbow and cover the opening so nothing falls in, much quicker then messign with the pipe, also never had a problem with swelling, but that was a good tip suggested!
