Yeah I did thanks man, I'm just more concerned about getting rid of the miss I have first mainly because my jeep just recently threw a rod through the oil pan so my truck is the only vehicle I have now to get back and forth to work in

When I installed a 6.0 cooler on mine I want to say inlet was 3" and outlet was 3.25" but a search can confirm. I do believe the 7.3 intercooler is 3" in and out.

Nope, 6.0 was the size change. It was 01 when they made the mid year switch to the plastic ends on the 7.3 IC. But stayed 3”.
Sorry, ment earlier as in older. My 01 and my 2000 both have all aluminum and the passenger side is 3x3.25. You are correct about them switching to plastic ends and satying 3x3
