Start engine, and look for a valve stem that looks just like in a tire in the side of the fuel filter housing. While engine is running, push it in and see fuel comes out

Yes it did. I did just notice while it was running it was leaking at some sensor on the side of the fuel filter housing right by that valve stem looking part. I don't know what that's called to replace it tho

Oil level looks fine, had pressure sprayed fuel out no way to gauge how much stuck here in mcd''s parking lot. Did notice that filter sensor leaking which looks like it's caused some wear on the wire to one of the 2 sensors below it I'm assuming bowl heater and ? Wire is still intact and I can't seem to get it unplugged so I'll have to wrap it with tape where it sits. I pulled the fuel filter sensor out wrapped it with teflon tape hopefully to get me to a hardware store to get a plug

White smoke. I just rechecked the oil it was low but not terrible now it's barely even reading at all. Could thst cause erratic hpop issues?

The low oil which is odd I just checked it last night/early this morning it was low but not to the point I was scared. And the plug seemed to have got it. Held it at 3k rpm for a while never did the stumble we are gonna start heading out of town monitoring everything. Thanks for all the help guys!!
