"Intkey could not program"

I loaded a new tune on the truck. Now I get the following message when start up, "Intkey could not program".
Truck runs fine but didn't find much on line about this. Saw something that said maybe factory key related but noting solid.
Anyone have some advice?

I have the same problem I've had it for a long time, it has never affected anything that I have noticed. Let us know what you do to fix it. It is rather annoying.
