Is Proven still a thing?

I have SOTF Chaos w/ the GTX now and he's a ghost.

Chaos tunes run OK, but it smokes pretty hard just before downshifting, it hisses at idle (which my '12 didn't) and this annoys me, the mpg isn't great either, EGT's can get kinda high when towing.

Wondering if Proven tunes should be my next step? And how to reach them?
