Where can I tap into the coolant system for a 1/8 NPT temp sensor?
I'd like to use the EAS sensor on my CS2 so I can rename it instead of just seeing ECT F all the time.

Maybe I can tap the block off plate for the EGR?

What about a tapped adaptor in a hose somewhere?
Are any of the hoses a good place to snag a temp reading?

Depends what part of the system you want to monitor, pre or post radiator, engine block, etc. If it were me, I'd use splined brass couplers and just cut a 2" piece out of the supply or return hose to the radiator. You wouldn't comprimise the system and it would be easy to tap the brass coupler.
