another bump for ATZ wear here. running them hard (gravel roads, mats, mud) mine have 26k on them and are at half tread or so.

Problem is they dont make a 22" ATZ tire

I have also been told when it comes to a ATZ that it's the odd ball sizes that are better, example 35/1250/20 is common. You'd have better luck in a 25/1350/20 that isn't as much a standard size. I run 36/1550/20 AtZs got 30k on them they have about half tread. Be the first time I'll see 70k plus out of in a tire that size. And I can assure you I am not easy on them either

Could be true. Mine are oddball and equal a 33x13.50r20 wider than most at that diameter

I ran 35x13.5s atz on my old 6leaker and they wore great. I was hard on them too. Few burnouts and countless passes at the drag strip. Had 70k on them when I sold the truck and the kid got another 20k out of them before he got new ones. Awesome tire, just hated the wondering with them since they were so wide. Slush was the worst to drive in.

So have you gotten your new tires yet?

FWIW I ran 35x12.50x20 on my dually. When it got stolen those tires had about 32k miles on them and were only about half tread. But unless they started making new sizes, they don't make anything for a 22" wheel do they?

I believe they're almost a 35 or are a 35. Whatever a 325/50r 22 is in inches I'm not sure. I have a leveling kit for it but unsure of putting it on now. I like the stance now. They only rub just slightly only when I turn to the left pretty sharp. Right is ok. All fords are like that for some reason.

i got nitto terra graps 325/50/22s recently. on their website the tire is spec'ed out to be 34.8 inches tall. i measured them to be 34.25 inches on my truck. i wish it was the full 34.8 inches but nevertheless i like the stance and also the lack of body roll.

^^ True. I think the measurement is without the weight on them. I think the stock tires on these is like a 34.5 but again, I believe thats without rim, diameter on table height.

And just for the info, Those of you wanting new tires, stay away from the Federal Couragia's. They come apart at half life. I had one start to come apart on me halfway to Tyler doing 80. A friend of mine also had them come apart. One on the trip there and one again on the way back. They wont warranty it either. If youre going to run them, make sure they stay offroad. They do well there. Great tire with great traction, just not road worthy.

I had them on my truck and loved them, ran them til they were bald. Only thing I didn't like about them was the wore so fast, only about 30k miles out of then. I even took them and ran them down the strip a few times at over 100mph and never had a problem. They were awesome off road too
