Unplug the fuel bowl heater, replace the fuce for it. Fire it up.
This brings up a good question, do you have a wait to.start light? If the fuel bowl heater is grounded out you wont. Guy stopped posting so I dont know if we'll know what happened.

yea sorry. my internet got shut down for some reason, so i had to go talk to them and get it straightened out. yea i have a wts light, i did replace glow plugs and made sure all those connections are solid. i have not felt that it has got cold enough for the gps to work like it is suppose to so idk if that did the trick or not.
