Nice. What gears did you get, 4:30? Any idea on mpgs when empty and loaded.

Ya F450 is 4.30's only now, no choice. I'd have loved some 3.73's but the F350 5th wheel weight wasn't enough so I'll have to look into a gear change later if I want to drop it down.

Here's the first tank, going to post in the '15 MPG thread too but 80% towing and 20% idling/right foot getting used to new truck, unknown diesel with no additive (dealer first tank freebie).

Nice you'll love it. Couldn't justify Platinum, only liked the grill a little bit, the painted bumpers is a plus but quality seems to be hit or miss, the tailgate is a rip off if it grows legs on you, only thing I liked other than the bumpers was the heated wheel so I might try and retrofit it in since we have a lot of winter around here.

Last picture for the week, love this machine! Film booked on the 10th, hopefully she makes it without any chips *knock knock*. CVIP tomorrow then some VHT going on the mirror lenses and dually lights. Might take those FX4 stickers off too and Plastidip some emblems again, lasted 4 years on the last truck's first attempt so why not.

Don't waste your time and money retrofitting the platinum wheel for heating purposes. I have it. Thanks to the wood section, it really doesn't heat up all that great. And I find the wood just transmits vibration up my arm. The steering wheel is my least favorite thing on my Platinum. Just an FYI.

Awesome, likely just saved me ~$1000-1500 if they are like other heated wheels, Thanks!

Looks good PDP! Whats your paint/build plans? Color match or something more extreme?

Any 19.5 guys running 245/70's on the stock wheels with no issues?

Hoping to put some winter 245/70's on then go 22.5's for a highway setup.

Don't have pics with the wheels on yet...because NO one wants to take the chance to put 35's on these.
Went to the dealership they said no
Went to truckers toy store they said no

I guess is what the box says ... Don't install anything over like a 33" tire
Went to another dealer (Ford) they talked to the distributor and was told I need two 7mm spacers on each side of the rear.
So I have to order the spacer before they agree to put them on.
So my 35/12.50/20 are sitting at the dealership...waiting...they are paid for and I'm getting nervous about leaving them there until I get the spacers

I am running 35s, the bad thing is get a flat, and Discount will let you wait for an hour and then tell you they can't work on it because of the spacers. Big O, no problem.

Same as mine only I have 4.5" Icon springs in front and 5" traction blocks in rear. Any rubbing issues at all? On edit, tires are 295-65-r20
