leveling an obs by removing rear blocks?

My obs is now bone stock on 265s. wondering if anyone has removed the rear block to level there truck. I don't care about height tired of a lifted dd and don't care to have it ride like crap with an add a leaf up front. if anyone has done this post up pics.

My 95 F250 4x4 was setup that way before stuck a D60 under her.

I went ahead and removed them on mine doesn't look bad I'd upload pics but my camera isn't working for some reason
