Liffted or Poweradder for first mod?

Oh its so hard to decide what to do first, lift kit or performance tuned? I want to go with a good quality 4" lift using 4 link arms, steering stablizer, etc from Icon or pure performance but also want the H&S as im a hp junkie. What mods would you guys do first and why?

I say more power as well because it's cheaper to do than the lift and new wheels and tires so do the power first

let me add to the confusion...I would do the lift first.....you have to attract the attention befor you need to impress the attention!!! just my thoughts....

Looks like a 50/50 split lol. I will do both at some point but I'm so mind boggled at all the lift options and wheel/ tire combos..?...
Probably going to do the S&B/Mini Maxx/KEM green card combo here in the next week or so for starters and go from there.
