This is the kit I'm looking at and it's reasonable priced I would also buy tow hook eliminator kit from a vendor on here

How much effect does putting the light bar in the bumper have on engine temp's etc?

I haven't noticed any difference. Oil temp would get up in to the 206 range before the light bars, still does it now.

I have had it in there for 2 years and tow through the mountains. Have not noticed engine temps to be an issue

I installed the 28" yourlife bar last night. Very nice quality and seems to be very bright. For $80 shipped you really can't go wrong.

KD fab makes brackets for the single 40 curved or straight. Curved matches the contour pretty good

Then assault led lighting makes the only dual 44" radius setup. There is quite a bit of cutting required but the end result is pretty awesome.

I've seen the assault kit but my god it's spendy. I'll probably fab my own up whenever I get some time.

Honestly, for the price of the KD fab brackets and the ease of install it's almost not even worth spending the time to fab your own up if you are going with a single bar.
