The tuner can increase pulsewidth...but if he's any tuner worth his salt he wont require you to tell him what needs to be done. If he doesnt know, switch tuners.

Nothing to gain on a stock turbo truck.

Exergy, mainly due to their stringent quality control standards and mandatory testing regimen.
