I'm partial to ARB, but others will suggest a Truetrac. I like having the manual control of when I want the differential to lock, others like the automatic operation.

True trac is a helic gear driven "locker/posi" depending upon the lingo. It is NOT a true locking differential.

Have detroits in my 02 and 08, no problems, issues or complaints. Not as fancy as an arb but no extra airlines, compressors to break/leak etc.

ARB, I love mine in the Ex. Run the rear open all the time on the street. Just the flip of 2 switches and i have all 4 wheels locked for traction.

the true tack is not a locker its a LS

I was thinking this too before I submitted my response, but decided to just ignore it and assume it refered to something better than the unlimited slip differential that was OEM. I figured it was in the proper section, so I let it slide. :D It's a start.
