Looking at a 2004 6.0

As the title says im looking at a 2004 6.0. Its and XLT CCLB all opitions besides leather. The body has some dents and dings on it but not rust. The only part that has me worried is it has 260k on the cloak never been chipped not studded either. It has a new transmission it. The reason im considering it is they only want 8995 for it and the lot will give me 5000 for a trade in on my 96 250.

What do you guys think?
Is it worth it or just stay stay away?

Its a hit or miss. The trucks are great, Great trannies, axles, frames, cab, etc just like a 7.3. Its only the engine you have to look over on a 6.0
