Question:

Are these cheap $25.00 light bars worth it?

In the past I have always paid the money for the rigid LED lights on my personal vehicles/trucks/jeeps

But I have a Kubota tractor. That I would like to put a 24 inch lightbar on

I probably only use the light during the winter if I have to plow at night

Just looking for recommendation

Rigid probably wants $300 or more for 24 inch bar maybe more who knows

I haven’t really looked into it

I already have a set of six LED rigids
In the back side....

I want a bar for the front

Thanks for the recommendation

I personally like Baja Designs.

Rigid quality has gone down.

For top leds it’s

Baja designs followed by visionX, then rigid.

For china bars, look on Amazon and check the reviews. Make sure they’re at least a cree bar.

In all honesty, I’d try to find a used bar locally, if you can’t and want to save money. Being it’s only a tractor, and if the bar dies it won’t be the end of the world, I’d try a cheap bar. I do know they will allow Moisture in, you might get one season before that happens.

For me, my time is worth too much to waste the time to installed a crap product. I want to set it and forget it.

I've had "cheaper" bars on my truck for 5+ years and there is no way I'd pay the money some of these companies want, when I might use it once a week....I have had no problems wat so ever....I think it's like anything you might get a pos, but at the price they sell them buy another and forget about it

Ever use a good bar? That one time a week makes it worth it.

I got a bar from Tractor Supply for Christmas a couple years ago and it is still sealed and works fine. The lens seems to be yellowing just a little though.

I just bought a 52” curved, 32” straight, and 4-4” pods for $80 including shipping from eBay. Haven’t had any problems being out in the rain

I never updated

But I ended up buying a Black Oak 48” bar for my Jeep XJ roof rack.

It is absolutely incredible.

I put amber covers on it and still lights up a trail nicely.

And on the road if someone has their high beams on , the light bar will get them to switch quickly.

Black Oak.

Seriously. Not cheap but worth it.
