Looking for intercooler pipe pictures

LOL. Pretty much. Or muffler pipe bending machine. What ever loose material there would be in the pipe could go in the engine.

What loose material are you referring to? I cleaned the pipes before welding and after. Ran a write wheel on a flexible extension through them after also. I see people weld them all the time. But i see what you're saying. That would have been at least another 6 boots and 12 clamps. And the muffler exhaust machine would constrict it way too much.

If it welded properly there shouldn't be anything in there.

Well i finished. I never realized how hard it was to weld thin metal. Burned through a couple times but got it done. Here they are unpainted and i haven't taken the grinder to them yet with.

And an intercooler makes a huge difference. With my hybrids and no intercooler i could peg my egt gauge in no time. Now floored it hits about 1450 after a little while and doesn't go higher. And I only stayed there for about 10 seconds then slowed down.
