My Current set up is a PowerMax with a BatMoWheel and a set of Warren Diesel 175/75's. I was probably going to step up to Warren's 225 injectors.
My question is what does everyone suggest I go to for a turbo and pedestal>??? Looking for a complete bolt on package. I am looking for something that has a nice fit and finish. I don't want to deal with installing junk.
I still do occasional light towing like <6,000lbs. It would be nice to be able to pull >10,000lbs if I had to but I highly doubt I will ever have to.

Also, I will have the PowerMax and my current injectors for sale if anyone might be interested. They have about 5,000 miles on them.

Thanks in advance! -Mat-

I can get you a package deal... But I would just have Jesse turn your current injectors to 225's

The thought of converting my current injectors has crossed my mind. I should have a set of cores in about a week though and I could probably get a decent about for my current injectors. I guess I would need to find out what Jesse would charge for the conversion.

PM me a price if you'd like for a package.

I would look at the MPD single kits with their exhaust manifolds. Everyone running their set up seems very pleased, they also have like a 10% off sale going right now.

if your wanting to pull i would keep the injectors you got and go with a non vgt, or no bigger than 190s

Yeah, maybe 205's would be the better choice.

only reason why i said i wouldn't go 225's is because you start to lose ICP and the injectors don't perform as 225's...so there would be no need to go that big. Now if you had a better HPOP or a dual HPOP setup...then the 225's will work and hold ICP just fine. Another thought would be small hybrids if you want to go bigger than a 205cc injector.

Yeah you could make your 175s into hybrids with Industrial injections hybrid bodies. That would be in the 230s range I think.

IMO If you are towing, I would just stick with your current sticks and and look at a nonVGT, possibly one that could be used as the high pressure in compound set up somewhere down the road. That is what I plan to do.

hybrids from warren are either 2500 or 3500. depends if his sale is still going.

As to the OP

I wouldn't even think about towing with 225's and single non vgt. you won't be able to find a non vgt single setup that will keep EGTs in check, and not clear out every intersection in smoke. The most you could tow with is 205s...WITH the right amount of air, and by that I mean compounds (62 over an s4xx). I don't think there is a properly sized non vgt that will flow enough, but spool up the way you want..unless you used a 62/68 and gated it. I have ran two non vgt single setups and although they flow more than a vgt, their spool up couldn't get a decent load moving. The only charger I could possibly seeing working (not yet tried on a diesel though) is a precision PT6466...the exhaust wheel is small (.70A/r 66 exducer) and it should flow enough to clean 205s up, however you would likely need a gate...idk just my $.02.

Ive been fooling around with a bunch of single setups and my 205/100s since janurary....not turning out well LOL

Morgan, didn't you like the 64mm bullseye turbo on your truck (until the turbine grenaded) or was it still real laggy?? I take it the garrett 4088r didn't do so well either for spooling, even with the roller bearings?? The PT6466 definitely looks like it has some promising potential but I dont know. I would be curious how it would work because I think you can get those in a ceramic ball bearing configuration as well if I am not mistaken.
