MCC Problems...please help

I'm trying to play with my mcc off my 13 and when I go to my custom folder and click on my engine file it says "could not find definition file" but my trans file works fine. What's wrong?

Needed to just update my mcc software. Guess it was outdated since the last time I used it on my 08
