If they perform, why do they need to look badass? Once they are on, you really aren't going to see them again.

Is the Y-pipe just a stock piece with HD bellows and new manifold mounting flange, or has it been modified to flow better through the Y. I remember a while back a discussion about the factory design at the Y was terrible and created a lot of turbulence. I think it was Wekiwa and he re-did that section, and saw vast improvements, in spool up.

Yes it's stock besides the below. The improvements would be better yes, but than you would not be able to use them with a diverter valve

it will help but the real gains will be noticed with doing a ported intake manifold in conjunction with it. You cant force the air through the stock intake fast enough

Thats what I was thinking. Didn't mean it wouldn't help but to see the best gains I would feel a ported intake would be needed since its gonna restrict flow once the air gets there.

Do you know of another way to conjoin the tees and elbows that would look better than tig?

Also if you have seen Craigs tig skills you would not be judging them

Well aside from casting them in a mold, no I do not. Nevertheless, I still do not like the looks. Now maybe if I could get them polished that might be a different story. I do however really like the v-band idea with the heavy duty up-pipe bellows A LOT better than the bolting of the oem design.

I agree completely. All I was saying was that I didnt agree with everybody saying they looked BAD A$$ that was all.

I just like the look of these a better is all. JMO and everybody is entitled to theirs as well.

Your pulling a link from black widow. I would NEVER be looking into a product that has their name behind it.

The quality of the part is great, and if it performs as well as its claimed, that's what sells

I agree everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

They may not seem "BAD A$$" to you,but to others they do..

Btw, This thread is of manifolds from a site sponsor,Not about a non site sponsor product.
