I will. Only reason I havent is the only pod I like is for a 60mm gauge and all the 60's I found are 3 in 1 gauges. I just need the one for fuel. The pod I like will allow me to keep my handle on the pillar and the pod pops in underneath.

Low FICM voltage?

Going to make a appointment at the Ford place in Minot, ND. Only problem is they are over a month backed up just on diagnostics. I could go to Bismarck but that's 160 miles. I want a 58volt one from IDP anyway.

I just got my oil analysis back. Everything is good except fuel dilution. It was 3.6%. Went ahead and changed the oil even though they said it was abnormal but not critical to change it. Soot was less then .1%. Glad to see that! You could still see through the oil.

Low FICM voltage or an issue with the High Pressure Oil System causing less then desire pressure there for not getting good fuel atomization.

Also I know you said you have replaced the injectors but this wouldn't be the first time I have seen bad remain injectors from Ford.

Would the computer show a DTC for low FICM voltage or is this something you would have to look at with the Ford IDS software? I can check DTC's. Look at what's there about once a week. The only thing that ever pops up is my fan speed sensor at start up but I'm guessing that's cause I removed my EGR valve when I did my Sinister delete.

put the valve back in and plug it in, it faults the fan clutch from improper function.

Apparently early 6.0s arent always affected by not having the valve plugged in. I know with my 06, the truck also defueled and had lower power that came and went until I got a valve and plugged it back in. This was even with it deleted in the tunes. It was most bizarre but the truck runs great for me now.

What about that butterfly valve on the front of the intake? Will it effect anything if I remove it and put a 05 to 07 intake elbow on it? It seems to me that's it's nothing but a airflow restriction.

Try completely disconnecting or removing the banks system. We have seen then cause problems even when returned to stock. Try running with out it and see what happens. It's worth a shot IMO.

I'll do it again. Remember when I was having problems before I did head gaskets on it and PSM wanted the Banks unhooked to see it that was the problem? Left the 6 Gun and everything unhooked forever and never changed a thing. Ended up she had a lope to her cause if blown head gaskets.

That code I'm getting is P0528 for fan speed sensor. I just cleared it. It will take a week or so for it to pop back up. I'll get my wife to send me my EGR valve. It's on the bench I'm my dads shop.
