Let me tune both properly and I bet I can change your mind.

I have tuned both.....to my ear the tweeter on the Focals can be a little harsh at times. I just like silk tweeters better than metal tweeters. I didn't want to go over the top with the stereo in this one so I just used an Audiocontrol LC7 for the time being. I might swap to a BitTen D or BitOne with a Audison 5.1K and upgrade the sub to a pair of 12TW3's at some point. My wife wants some more bass in her Infiniti, so I might swap the 1000.5 and 10TW3 into her car to give me the excuse I need to throw more money at the truck.

Lifted? or Level kit?

love the way it looks

20x10 -24.....no lift or level, bone stock. I had to do some cutting on the fender liner and it still rubs the bumper bracket at full lock, so trying to figure out what to do there. I may just end up throwing a 1" spacer on the front to make it clear because it doesn't need much.

Just cut the bottom part of the bracket off, it doesn't hurt anything.

I've also tuned both. With a proper DSP I can tame the Focal tweeter....guaranteed.
I competed all last year with Focal drivers...undefeated in MECA in my class and consistently out scored higher classes.

I realize it can be tamed. The Voce's just don't have to be. They are both great speakers and can sound really good with proper tuning. Since I didn't want to do a full dsp in this truck I went with the speaker that didn't need as much adjustment.

The Focals are bulletproof.
