Haha ya we f!d it up pretty good. Switching from monster pump Mike keyed shafts to a 29 spline setup. Longer. Have everything including cases but the input soI should be up and running Thursday.

Haha ya it kinda hurt a little but I expected it to break eventually. This was just more carnage than I thought lol. Hopefully beating it up next week at Milan dragway. Wednesday is test n tune

How much better did the 48re hold up than the 5r100?

I don't count this as trans breakage so it still hasn't let me down. Things been awesome all year.

Had a little hiccup when putting the truck back together but....No one wants a short shaft but when putting manual parts into an auto sometimes you have to chop a little off lol. Big Reds back on the road!!

Starting to work on Big Red after winter. Pulled the 464 off to see how screwed up it was since it wasn't spooling. Turbine looks just fine. I'm thinking my WG is messed up or my tuning somehow got changed and the injector timing doesn't start to change soon enough in the RPM. Because once they start to rattle the thing spools. Think I might send it out to make sure it's fine and check the turbine to make sure it's an 83. Was going to go 369 but I have other issues as this used to spool and nothing seems wrong with the charger. Gonna pull the trans and bump stall up as well but I don't think that was my issue.
