Does this look normal? Almost looks like it's melting ?

Looks like a casting or if it's painted looks like paint rolling down.

I doubt your turbo ever gets close enough to melt the aluminum casting.

Okay. Thanks. Pretty ****ty looking & unfinished to me. Iv noticed a lot of little things on this truck that make me wonder ..

I agree, luckily my turbo took a dump so maybe my 15 retro kit will be prettier??!! After I took the intake off and saw my compressor housing, I rembered your post. Excited to see how the new turbo wakes the truck up.
