So who votes yes on loctite? I dont believe my torque specs are half of 60 ft lbs.

Is your half of 60 roughly, ford spec? IF so that might explain a bit of the difference as the PI uses bolts and not cheap little nuts.

Just "T" into the small line coming off the driver side of the degas. Or, rig up a cap with a gauge threaded in.

Correct. I would think you could also put it in the same place the temp sensor is. Just tee it for the temp sensor and the pressure gauge.

Bet Joe has one mounted in his cab.

I have never ever used a torque wrench on a torque converter or a flex plate. Never had a bolt come loose or break off (knock on wood). Since I discovered Blue Loktite, back when I was a kid, it has gone on every flexplate bolt and converter bolt. Tight plus a 1/4 turn and call it good.

This stuff isn't rocket science guys. It is simple basic mechanics. If you have been turning wrenches for any time, you should know how much oomph you can put on a 3/8 or 10mm bolt before it snaps off and you bust your knuckles. Stop before you get there.

Did you get the pressure gauge plumbed in. If so, take pics.

You should mount it permanently in your cab. One up Joe. I bet he does not have a coolant pressure gauge.

BTW. Good luck. I think everything is going to be OK.

thanks for the support fellas.. yeah i got a gauge plumed in but it is just that standard water pressure gauge and i dont think its sensitive enough cuz it just barely comes off zero and its in increments of 2 from 0 to 100psi.... i think i need to find a better one... its mounted in front of my left wiper blade do to it saying it may explode on the warning tag... yes its ugly and retarded.... ill get a pic tomorrow if you guys really wanna see it.

no, i know i need to find a better gauge!!
