happened about a week ago going down the freeway, and it made a sound that sounded like something came apart in the passenger side valve cover, heres a vid of it, hopefully someone can name whats wrong cause it idles very very rough and blows air outward of the pass side valve cover cool off mount that hooks to the turbo, even all hooked up you still here the popping

***don't mind the intake setup, had to rig up a setup after my stock one fell apart while coming back from a race, that's not what i use, so don't think i use it***

I'd say broken rocker arm.
The side that's making the racket thru intake, that's the side with your issue. If you had a broken exhaust rocker, it sound like a shotgun going off thru intake. If intake rocker, it would be kinda more like yours sounds. Either way you'll see your issue as soon as valve cover is off.
If you find a broken rocker, that doesn't necessarily mean a valve is bent or something terrible happened. Replace what you see broken/ bent and fire it back up with cover still off and watch everything.

right above the valve cover is another cover that both sides of the motor have, theres a piece that connects to the turbo then to them and breaths air from the turbo into it.

know what im talking about? thats where the problem is, not under the valve cover

You mean the intake plenum? If the noise is coming from there its most likely a bent intake valve. Lose any screws or metal parts off that homebrew air intake?

I had a guy call me one day looking for a turbo. I asked why he thought he needed, said they replaced air filter and now it doesn't make much boost.
He brought truck out, I took off intake just to get a quick grab at shaft, and found a 6" long flat head screwdriver in intake tube, blade end had just been chopping away at compressor wheel.
He had been looking for that screwdriver he told me.

^whs It would be an incredible coincidence if the 2 aren't related.

i know it didn't come from my rigged intake , if something had got sucked in then both sides should be messed up, not just the one , but there is nothing that could have gotten in

That isn't a completely statement. I've seen a nut sucked in chewed the comp wheel up destroyed the piston and the turbo looked fine.
